Vendor Applications are Open!
Presented by the Community Arts Network of Oneonta (CANO), The City of the Hills Festival is returning to Downtown Oneonta Saturday, September 19th & Sunday, September 20, 2026. We are seeking leading-edge art/maker/vintage/food vendors to pop up in downtown Oneonta!
The festival returns to Main Street for 2 days. On Saturday, September 19 & Sunday, September 20, noon-5pm, the festival is on Main Street with performers, musicians, family-friendly and adult activities, vendors lined up and down the street, workshops, food, retail shops, public art, restaurants & more!
Arts/Crafts must be handmade, original works for sale (vintage category excluded). Jury decisions are based upon creativity, workmanship and continuity of work.
Any photographs of vendor displays from past festivals is appreciated. Send high quality photos of your work, as we will use them for social media promotion if accepted!
*Images of work submitted must be those that applicant intends to sell at the Festival. Applicants will be selected by jury review. All completed entries submitted by the deadline will receive consideration.
Selected exhibitors must supply their own display equipment, including chairs and table, and a 10’ X 10’ outdoor tent. Please note that tent cannot stay on Main Street Saturday night as the city re-opens the street. Bring weights, etc. to secure your tent in case of wind. No electricity is available. Event is rain or shine. All jury decisions are final. Do not attempt to submit payment at this time. Please note that refunds for vendor payment will not be given. Your payment is confirmation that you will vend at the event.
Event Details
Art/Craft/Vintage/Food Vendor Space & Location: 10’ X10’ Outdoor Tent on Main Street, Oneonta, NY Saturday, September 19 and/or Sunday, September 20, noon-5pm. Vendors may apply for one or both days. Yes, two vendors can share a tent but both must apply and be accepted.
Food Trucks: Available for Downtown Oneonta restaurants only. Please contact us at cityofthehillsfest@gmail.com after filling out application.
Date: Saturday, September 19, noon-5pm & Sunday, September 20, noon-5pm. Rain or Shine.
Vendor Fee: $110 Saturday & $75 Sunday. $160 both days.
CANO Members: $100 Saturday & $70 Sunday. $150 both days. CANO memberships are here: canoneonta.org
Application deadline: Sunday, June 21, 11:59pm
Notifications: Friday, June 26
Payment deadline: July 10. Please note that payment is confirmation of attendance and there will be no refunds.
